WOW! Where has the time gone? In 30 days from today I get to marry my best friend, words can not describe how happy and thankful I am to have him apart of my life forever! Another Day!

Well I just figured I better post a post even though I don't have much going on. Last Saturday March ,17 I had my first bridal shower ar Eskdale and man can I say I am blessed with people that love and support me. I am so thankful for everything I received it all will come in to good use. Mark's mother my soon to be mother-in-law Dianne will be giving me a Bridal shower over Easter weekend at Antimony at their family dude ranch, Rocking-R-Ranch. Every year they do a big Easter thing so we decided it would be just as easy to do it there when all the family is gather. And It is closer to drive for Mark and I then SLC is.
Mark and I also found a place for us to live after we get married and I am super excited about it, other than is is right by the freeway :( We have been looking and looking and stressing and looking and we finally found a 3 bedroom house( which is way more then we need right not) 2 Bathroom and 2 car garage with a good size yard. This is a little more than we need but Mark as a lot of stuff between his two trucks, a trailer, a motorcycle a dog and ALL his tools. We needed a place that had a yard for Meg and an extra place to park a trail and a garage that can fit My car his motorcycle and his tools . I am pretty excited to get rid of all the roommates and have one that I can teach my ways ;) Muwahaha . I am more excited to have a place to call our own and have all our stuff in one place. I can't believe that March is all most over. Sometimes I get so excited that my wedding date is just around the corner YAY I can't wait!

Identity?

What's your Identity?As I have been planning my wedding it finally hit me that I will be changing my last name to Weeks. Growing up I always new that I was going to change my last name and being a girl, every guy that I dated of course you have to say you name with his last name and maybe go has far as writing it down. Hey you have to see how it looks and sounds :-)It wasn't until a recent conversation I had with my cousin that made me have new out look on changing my name. For 22 years I have been Laura Ashley Weight, I am a Weight that is how people know and identify me. It is crazy to think that after I get married I will become Laura Ashley Weeks just like that I will be a Weeks and my identity as a Weight will start to change. Geez I don't want my identity to be stolen;) who dose Mark think he is, take my last name away from me just like that ha ha. Maybe he should become a Weight, why not people have told me that he looks like the family. I have a feeling that Mark is not going to go for this idea.Evidently I am more than honored and proud to be claimed as a Weeks and I can't Weight ;) until the day I can call myself Laura Weeks. I will forever and always be a Weight and I wont let anybody forget that! I am proud of who I am and where I come from, and I am thankful for the amazing man and family God has put into my life!

Welcome to my Blog!
I have always loved reading other people's blog and about their lives and what's new with them. I have wanted to start one for awhile now, but I am lazy and I know I am going to struggle to keep up with it, ha ha but I am going to try. I decided to start this blog because I would like to document my new life of becoming a family. Mark and I recently got engaged as of January 29, 2012 and are getting married May 12,2012. I am so excited to start a life together with him! I will try to keep you all updated on the planning and events that are to come.
